ST Fee Rate Incorrect in National Underwriter Book
Be advised that the 2008 Licensing & Surplus Lines
Laws book published by The National Underwriter
Company lists the Illinois stamping fee rate
incorrectly.
The correct stamping fee rate for Illinois remains at
0.1% (one-tenth of one percent), rounded to the
nearest whole dollar.
The editors have corrected the
online edition of the book, as well as the
online surplus lines chart that is available to those
who have purchased the book and to those who subscribe to
the online edition.
