What are the annual financial
statement filing requirements in Illinois?
U.S. domiciled surplus line insurers are requested to file one copy of their statutory
Annual Statements (the large, yellow format) with the Association. Please
include statutory Page 14 for Illinois. Alien surplus
line insurers are requested to file any format you have that would most closely
match the U.S. format. Please mail the statements to:
