The Surplus Line Association of Illinois is pleased to announce a new series of training videos. These videos were developed for the training of licensees and clerical staff. The videos cover various topics from membership forms, to SLAI’s electronic filing system, to filing of tax statements. They range in length from about 3 to 10 minutes and can be accessed online via YouTube. The videos can be viewed as a refresher on a particular topic, or you can have new staff members watch the complete playlist as a part of their training.
