COMMERCIAL MULTI-PERIL FIRE MARSHAL TAX PERCENTAGE
At the direction of the Illinois Department of Insurance, the premium percentage applicable for commercial multi-peril policies is changed from 50% to 40%. This brings our procedures into agreement with the regulation governing Fire Marshal tax in general. Please change your procedures effective immediately.
