Step 1 – EFS Admin Access
The first step is for the EFS Administrator to log in. The EFS Administrator should have received an email from the Association explaining their role and how to log in.
Step 2 – Create Other User Accounts
Now that the EFS Admin has access to the EFS, they can set up other user accounts. For security purposes, each person accessing the system should have their own login. The EFS Admin can find instructions for managing users here.
Step 3 – EFS Admin Sets Up Environment
The EFS Admin has the capability to manage the settings for your membership. They can set password expiration times, session timeout times, custom lists of insurers and coverages, as well as custom information that will print on your EFS confirmation pages. Help for the EFS Admin can be found here.
Step 4 – Sign Up for Auto-Pay for Stamping Fees
Now is a great time to sign up for our Auto-Pay feature for stamping fees. Each month, the amount of stamping fees due will be automatically deducted from your checking account. If you have a credit balance, the amount will be automatically credited back to you. No more licking stamps!
