General
The Registration Screen is where you enter information to begin the process of creating an account on the ipfile system.

Company FEIN
Enter the Federal Employer Identification Number ("FEIN") for the company making the filing. This should be the same FEIN used when the account was registered.

Email Address
Enter your email address.

Password
If you are the Account Administrator (that originally registered the account), use the password you created at login. Otherwise, use the password assigned to you by your Account Administrator.

Login Button
Complete
the three required fields on the Login Screen with the
appropriate information, then click on the Login Button in
order to log in.

Forgotton
Passwords
If you forget your password,
contact the Account Administrator in your office to
assign you a new one. In general, you should try to avoid
using short, simple passwords, or passwords that others can
readily guess.
If you are an Account
Administrator and you've forgotten your password, contact
the Help Desk.
